New Zealand’s most outspoken journalist returns to screens this August with a brand-new season of the award-winning current affairs programme Paddy Gower Has Issues, airing on Three and streaming on ThreeNow.
Joining him once again is fan-favourite Karen O’Leary, whose sharp wit and community-focused investigations made a major impact in season one. Together, they’ll tackle the big questions facing Aotearoa in 2025 – from cost-of-living pressures to social justice and everything in between.
Broadcast from their cutting-edge studio in front of a live audience, each episode sees Paddy team up with one of New Zealand’s leading journalists to dig deep into urgent national issues. They’ll meet with everyday Kiwis, examine every angle, and push for the changes people want to see.
While Paddy brings his trademark directness and advocacy for action, Karen will focus on consumer concerns and grassroots stories that strike a chord with communities across the country.
