ARN Media Limited has confirmed Jacqueline Henderson will not return to the KIIS breakfast show, saying she told the company she “cannot continue to work with Mr Kyle Sandilands.”

In a statement to the ASX, ARN said Ms Henderson had made clear she did not want to come back to the programme alongside her long-time co-host.

“Accordingly, ARN has terminated the services agreement with Henderson Media Pty Ltd, under which Ms Henderson presents the Kyle and Jackie O show,” the company said.

Ms Henderson will cease presenting the show immediately. ARN said it has offered her “the possibility of an alternative show on the ARN network.”

The broadcaster has also taken formal action against Kyle Sandilands over his conduct during a broadcast on 20 February 2026.

ARN said it had provided written notice to Mr Sandilands and Quasar Media Services Pty Ltd stating that it considers his behaviour during that show to be “an act of serious misconduct” and a breach of its services agreement.

Mr Sandilands has been given 14 days to remedy the breach. If it is not remedied, ARN said it will terminate its agreement with Quasar Media, under which he presents the Kyle and Jackie O show, and he will cease hosting the programme.

During the 14-day period, Mr Sandilands “will not take part in the show,” ARN said.

The KIIS breakfast show has been taken off air effective immediately, with interim arrangements to be put in place.
